Manufacturer's Drawings
The Manufacturer’s Drawings database provides access to the technical documents by the manufacturer of an item. It also provides valuable CAGECommercial Activity Government Entity - listings of firms that manufacture or distribute items procured by the U.S. Government; also known as the Federal Supply Code for Manufacturers.
The following are the types of activities and documents that are assigned CAGE Codes: Manufacturers; Vendors; Government agencies who manufacture an item of supply; Government agencies that control the development of government specifications and/or standards; Government specifications or standards when no single government source can be identified; NATO manufacturers. and Expanded Supplier Profile information to help determine a part’s availability and status.

National Item Identification Number - nine-digit number assigned to a part under the Federal Cataloging Program. It is the last nine digits of the National Stock Number. field. The results lists 35 hits for available drawings based on NIINs.
The results list table includes drawing numbers, View Doc buttons, revision codes, drawing types, CAGE numbers, manufacturer, and availability. - Click the View Document link for drawing number 14-26108.
A PDF image appears that shows a schematic drawing from the manufacturer of part number 14-26108. The types of drawings available are Detail Drawing, SpecificationEquipment specification information., Standard, Parts List, Data List, Change Notice, Quality Assurance, Amendment, Reference Material, Type [SQ
Square (Unit of Measure).], Type [DP], and Type [IF].
- The following document formats are supported: C4, DOC, PDF, STP, TXT, WR2, ZIP, and other formats that appear in the cFolders data.
- If a drawing is not available, you get the following message:
"This Drawing is currently unavailable because of one or all of the following reasons:- There is no Active Solicitation on the selected NIIN.
- The document is only identified within the CTDF
Contract Technical Data File - an assortment of technical characteristic information as well as additional approved manufacturers/part numbers, drawing numbers, and military specification references. Data but may be proprietary.
