Marine Corps SL6

The SLClosedSpool (unit of issue) - a cylindrical form with an edge or rim at each end and an axial hole for pin or spindle on which a flexible material such as thread or wire is wound.-6 Database includes SL6-1 and SL6-2 data. It is the last nine digits of the National Stock Number., the Exit DateClosedFound in the SL6 database, indicates the anticipated date that equipment will no longer be required in the Marine Corps supply system. This date is used to develop parts support phase out. Omission of an entry in this column indicates that the exit date is unknown. the TAM number, and the TIDC.
